If your school syncs data to the ClassLink roster server, you can share that with CatapultEMS or CatapultCONNECT rather than creating custom exports. We pull staff, student, class assignments, and guardian data each evening.
To share ClassLink data with us:
- Go to ClassLink > Roster Server
- Sign in
- Choose Apps
- Choose Add New App
- Search for CatapultEMS
- Choose Add
- Choose Rule-Based Permissions or Full Permission
- After completing the permissions go back to Apps
- Search for CatapultEMS
- Choose Enabled
