Notification Methods
All emails come from noreply@catapultems.com.
- Email notifications are the default notification setting.
- Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your CatapultEMS account.
- You can optionally add an additional email address for notifications. To do so, choose the ≡ (Menu) button (top right corner) > Update Contact Info.
- Email notifications are locked for staff-level users. Only Safety Teams can disable email notifications for users.
Text Message
All texts come from 96064.
- Text notifications are sent to the mobile phone number associated with your CatapultEMS account.
- Your mobile number may be provided by your district.
- Alternatively, you can provide your mobile number. To do so, choose the ≡ (Menu) button (top right corner) > Update Contact Info.
- You can optionally add an additional mobile phone number under Update Contact Info.
App Push Notification
- The CatapultEMS phone app is available to all users and is available for iPhone and Android devices.
- The app offers a critical override feature, which makes an audible alert even if your phone is set to silent or Do Not Disturb.
- The app works with either WiFi and cell data.

Voice Messages (Phone Calls)
All voice messages come from (916) 694-1736.
- Voice messages are an add-on feature. If you'd like to add voice calls as a notification method for your district, contact your Customer Success Manager.
- Voice notifications are sent to the mobile phone number associated with your CatapultEMS account.
- Your mobile number may be provided by your district.
- Alternatively, you can provide your mobile number. To do so, choose the ≡ (Menu) button (top right corner) > Update Contact Info.
- You can optionally add an additional mobile phone number under Update Contact Info.
Computer Takeover Popup, Intercom Integration, and Strobes
- These features (and more!) are available through CENTEGIX CrisisAlert. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Troubleshooting
View / Edit Contact Information
Users can view and edit their contact information under the ≡ (Menu) button (top right corner) > Update Contact Info.
Safety Teams can view and edit the contact information for each user, on the User Edit page. For more information, see Manage EMS users.
Send Test Alert
Safety Teams can also send a test alert to a user via all of the above methods (except PA announcement) by clicking Send Test Alert on the User Edit page.
